Ingredients
1lb ground beef or stew meat (tenderized)1 can veg-all1 bottle or can of V-8 (64oz)4 small to medium red potatoes1tsp oregano1tsp salt1tsp pepper1 can mushrooms
Directions
Brown the meat in a skillet with onion and garlic.

Drain meat well, and then add back to pot with remaining ingredients. Cook until potatoes are soft.
