Ingredients
1 cup milk2 eggs1/3 cup butter4.5 cups flour1/2 tsp salt2/3 cup sugar2/3 tsp quick rising yeast1 cup brown sugar2.5 tbsp ground cinnamon1/4 cup butter3 ounces cream cheese 1 1/2 cups confectioners sugar1/4 cup butter1/2 tsp vanilla1/8 tsp salt
Directions
Warm milk to 100 degrees, add yeast and mix well. Add in a large bowl, milk/yeast mixture, flour, sugar, salt, butter and eggs. Mix well and knead until dough doesn't stick to hands. Form into a ball and put into a bowl with a drop of oil on the bottom of the bowl to help prevent sticking. Cover and let rise 1 hour or until double in size. Roll dough on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle shape. let rise for 10 min. While rising mix the butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon. After the 10 min. coat the dough with the 1/4 cup butter. Sprinkle brown sugar/ cinnamon mixture over the butter. Roll the dough up and seal the same with some water. Cut the roll into 20 sections and place on greased baking sheet and allow to rise another 30 min or double in size. While rising preheat oven to 400 degrees. Bake for 15 min. While baking mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, butter, vanilla and salt. Let the rolls cool 5 min. and then frost.
