Mediterranean Chicken a la Cavender's

Ingredients
2 boneless skinless chicken breast1 tsp rosemary1 tsp garlic1 tsp Greek Seaoning1 small can sliced black olives4 medium plum tomatoes, diced3/4 c. reduced fat feta cheese; crumble
Directions
Mix rosemary & garlic together and rub on chicken. Refridgerate for several hours or overnight. Place chicken in baking dish and sprinkle with greek seasoning. Mix olives with tomatoes and add atop the chicken. Bake chicken at 425 oven until chicken breasts are cooked through. Add feta cheese and let cook 5 minutes more.

Serve with steamed or roasted vegetables and wild rice (not included in nutritional stats).

    I want to try this. Should I use black or green olives and how many? Black are my favorite and less salty. - 6/3/10

    Somehow I missed this(?) Sorry! I would definitely use BLACK olives!
