Butternut and yoghurt salad

Ingredients
250g butternut squash, cubed1 cup of low fat plain yogurt3 tbsp honeyFlaky sea salt (like Maldon)
Directions
Put a steaming basket or pot on. Peel and cube the butternut squash into bite-sized pieces. Steam the butternut for approximately 30 minutes until tender, but not mushy.
Place in a dish and pour the yogurt over the butternut and drizzle with honey and season with the sea salt.
This is excellent cold or hot.
