Ingredients
Mixed grain whole grain rice - TJ'sWhite OnionCrimini MushroomsSalt, pepper and spices to tasteExtra Light Olive Oil
Directions
Saute onions first, add mushrooms, then rice - lightly brown rice or at least get it quite hot before adding the water, then cook like any rice. Salt and spices to taste when vegetables are being cooked.
