Low-carb Leftover Hamburger "Stuffing"

Ingredients
Hamburger patty 80% lean, 4 pattiesCoconut oil, 2 tablespoonsCelery, raw, 1 cup, diced (remove)Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)Rosemary, 2 tbsp (remove)Himalayan sea salt (available at Trader Joe's), 2 tsp Freshly ground black pepper, 1 tbsp
Directions
Slice up the hamburger patty into small cubes. Saute the celery and onions in coconut oil (Most grocery stores now sell them pre-diced - try for fresh, not frozen.). When crispy add the hamburger, rosemary, sea salt, and pepper. Top with ketchup if desired - it adds sugar, though.
