1 head cabbage - sliced up1/2 stick buttersalt & pepper to taste
start the butter to melt in large pot. Add sliced cabbage and cover. Allow to cook down over a med to med-low heat, stir periodically until is as soft as you would like. Add salt and pepper to taste.
