Goulash

Ingredients
Ground beef, elbow macaroni, tomato juice, tomato paste, and seasonings.
Directions
Brown ground beef in a skillet. I like to add chopped onion. Once browned, drain and add about 9 oz of tomato juice and one small can of tomato paste. Mix together along with any seasonings of choice.

Boil 3 cups of elbow macaroni (regular or whole wheat). Once the macaroni is almost done, drain, and add to the meat/tomato mixture. Simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.

Makes about 10 1-cup servings.
