Rosemary Garlic French Bread

2 c. Brown Rice Flour1 c. Tapioca flour1 T. xanthan gum1/2 T. salt1 T. agave1 1/4 c. warm water1 T. yeast2 T. olive oil3 egg whites1 tsp. white vinegar1 tsp. crushed rosemary3 cloves, minced
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease french bread pan. Mix dry ingredients together, add wet and blend on medium speed for 3 minutes. Spoon dough onto bread pan, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and let rise 20 minutes.
Bake for 40 minutes, until hollow sounding when tapped. Cool completely before cutting.
Makes 1 loaf, about 12 slices.
