Zuppa Toscana (porkless)

Ingredients
Ground turkey Sausage, Louis Rich 16 oz tube Red Potato, cut into 1/4" slices, 2 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) Onion, chopped, 3/4 cup Garlic, 1 1/2 tsp Kale, 2 cup, washed, dried and shredded chicken broth, less/reduced sodium, 4 cup Heavy Whipping Cream, 1/3 cup Pepper, black, 1 tbsp
Directions
1. Brown ground turkey sausage in pot.
2. Add pepper, kale, garlic and onion, cook until onions are almost clear.
3. Add chicken broth and potatoes, simmer 15 minutes.
4. Add cream, simmer 4 minutes and serve.

*can top with grated romano cheese, but must adjust nutritional information.
