- Number of Servings: 4
Ingredients
Directions
1/2 cup of low fat vanilla yogurt1/2 cup (4oz) of low fat cream cheese, softened~2 tbsp honey or other sweetener (adjust to taste)
Whip cream cheese in electric mixer, increasing from medium to high speed. This works best when it's at about room temperature. Make sure to allow it to whip thoroughly.
Add yogurt very gradually at low-medium speed, about a few tablespoons or so at a time. Don't add it all at once, or the cream cheese will form lumps.
Once the yogurt and cream cheese are combined, slow the speed and add your sweetener. Once combined, pour into container and chill or serve immediately.
Makes about 4 servings of 2oz each.
