Pork stir-fried with green beans & eggs

Ingredients
pork, green beans, chicken broth, eggs, salt, cornstarch
Directions
Chop pork into fine pieces; prepare green beans - remove tips & tails, then parboil. Beat eggs with 2 T water. Mix cornstarch with water or chicken broth.
Stir-fry ginger in oil, add pork, brown. Toss in green beans, stir for several seconds, then add chicken broth. Bring to boil, then simmer 2 minutes, covered. Add beaten eggs, cook until set. Add cornstarch.
