Quick and Easy Berry Smoothie

Ingredients
1/2 cup vanilla soy milk1/2 cup lowfat vanilla yogurt1 cup frozen mixed berry fruits
Directions
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend till smooth and creamy. I add in some benefiber too- it ups your fiber intake!!
