Beef and Snow Pea Stir-Fry

1 tbsp. canola oil2 garlic cloves, minced1 tbsp. minced ginger1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced1 cup snow peas4 scallions, white and green parts, thinly sliced1 pound beef cubes (may want to cook prior to starting the instructions)3 tbsp. soy sauce2 tsp. toasted sesame oil
Heat the canola oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and ginger, stirring constantly for about a minute. Add the red bell pepper, snow peas, and scallions, and stir-fry about 2 to 3 minutes, until the veggies are tender. Add the beef cubes, and cook 2 to 3 minutes, or until they are cooked through. Stir in the soy sauce and sesame oil. Pair with steamed rice.
If you want it spicy, pick up a bottle of Sriracha sauce to serve with the stir fry.
