Chicken, Black Beans, Rice, and Medium Hot Salsa
Remove skin from thigh and leg sections, place in 6 qt. crock pot, wash and drain 3 - 15.5 oz cans black beans and place over chicken, 1 cup medium grain white (or brown) rice over beans, and 24 oz. of salsa (whichever temperature you like) spread over the top, and cover with cup of water. Put crock pot on low heat for 8-10 hours and serve!
