Tuna Lettuce Wraps (Super Quick and Easy!)

Ingredients
1 can tuna in waterhead of romaine 1 can white beans (Cannellini Beans or Great Northern Beans) 1 stalk celery1 onion (yellow or sweet)baby spinachMiracle Whip LiteBalsamic vinegarfresh cilantroblack pepper to tasteLemon zest from one fruit
Directions
Makes 4-6 servings

Dice 1/2 cup of onion and whole celery stalk.

Roughly chiffonade (cut in thin slices) 1/2 cup spinach

And thinly chiffonade 2 tbsp of cilantro (basil or tarraon works as well)

Mix the above ingredients with the zest of one lemon, 2 tbsp of balsamic vinegar, and 2 tbsp miracle whip with the drained tuna and half can of beans.

Add pepper to taste

Use romaine leaves as cups for the mixture.
