Joy's Holiday Ambrosia

Ingredients
4 oranges, peeled and sectioned1 can pineapple chunks in pineapple juice, no sugar added, with juice1 can tangerines in juice, with juice1 cup red seedless grapes, halved1/2 cup flaked coconut1/2 cup chopped pecans
Directions
Place all fruit in large bowl including juice from canned fruit. I like to cut the orange sections from the fresh oranges in half. Add coconut and chopped pecans and lightly stir to mix.

Ambrosia can be made the day before. Store in a large glass bowl covered. Will last about a week in the refrigerator.

Serving is 1/2 cup.
