Shredded Chicken Soft Tacos

Ingredients
We cooked chicken breasts with salsa and seasonings in the crock pot all day then put them in soft white corn tortillas topped with salsa, light sour cream, a little shredded cheddar cheese and lettuce.
Directions
Cook several skinless boneless chicken breasts ( we used 4) in the slow cooker at once so you can use it for many dishes over the week (or 1 if you have a big family) We cooked it with a 16 oz container of fresh style salsa, 3 clove of garlic, taco seasonings and salt and pepper, you could add hot sauce if you like it spicy. We cooked on high for about 6 hours, then shredded the chicken and let it sit on warm until dinner time. The nutritional info applies to 2 tacos on white corn tortillas, with about 2 TBS of chicken, 1 TBS salsa, 1 TBS shredded cheese and 1/2 TBS of light sour cream and 1 TBS lettuce on each taco.
