Ingredients
Place 5 oz of dried apricots in 1 cup of unsweetened apple juice in a sauce pan. Heat to boiling over medium high heat. Then cover and reduce heat to low and cook for 20 minutes, stirring occassionally. When partially cool, put in blender and then refrigerate.
Directions
Makes about 1 cup. Serving size calculation is based upon 3 tablespoons.
