Ban-Berry Smoothie

Ingredients
1/2 cup Soy milk, plain1/4 cup Oatmeal, old fashioned1/2 cup orange juice1 half of a small (6") banana1/2 cup frozen, unsweetened strawberries1/2 cup frozen, unsweetened blue berries1 T. milled flax seed
Directions
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

I suggest using a VitaMix blender. Awesome blender.
