stuffed peppers low carb

4 peppers (any)1 lb ground turkey breast1 c. onion1 c. celery1 c. mushrooms2 cans stewed tomatos1 t. thyme1 t. basil

throw everything except the peppers in a pan and cook...add the tomatos last. When it is done stuff the peppers and cook for about 45 min. on 375
