Yummy Quinoa

Ingredients
1 Cup Quinoa (dry)2 Cups Water or Broth1 TBS Chopped onion1/4 Cup Of chopped Bell peppers
Directions
I always rinse my quinoa even though it's not required. I place the Quinoa in a saucepan and cover it with the broth/water. I cook it til it boils then turn it down to medium heat for about 10 minutes. I then add the peppers and onions and let it cook at medium low for another 10 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
