1 jar of Patak's Butter Chicken Curry simmer Sauce1/2 cup water 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast1/2 cup sliced red peppers 1/2 cup s;iced Green Peppers 1/2 cup sliced Onions1/2 cup plain greek yogurt1 tsp salt (or to taste) splash of lemon juicedash of black pepperred chili/cayenne pepper to tastetop with cilantro
cut chicken into large chunks, stir fry it with the veggies just to brown the outside a bit. Add the butter chicken sauce, water, salt, pepper and lemon juice and simmer for about 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked and soft. Remove from heat. Put yogurt in a bowl and beat it with a fork until smooth. Add a 1/2 cup of hot butter chicken sauce to the yogurt and stir well. Slowly add the mixed yogurt back into the pan with the chicken and mix . put back on the heat for a few minutes to heat thoroughly, but don't bring to a boil.
