Ingredients:Beef, top sirloin, 3 oz (remove)Carrots, cooked, 1 carrot (remove)Celery, cooked, 2 stalks (remove)*Zuccini Squash, 1 cup (remove)Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)Leeks, 1 cup (remove)*Green Giant Sugar Snap Peas, no sauce, 0.5 cup (remove)*Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp (remove)Honey, 1 tbsp (remove)Ginger Root, 1 tsp (remove)Garlic, 1 tsp (remove)Vegetable Broth, 0.5 cup (remove)Cornstarch, 14 grams (remove)brown rice (1 cup cooked), 1.5 serving (remove)Thai Chili Sauce, 1 tbsp (remove)
Makes 8 serviings
Slice Sirloin Steak into 1/8" by 1" pieces
Chop all vegetables into bite size pieces
Prepare brown rice (NOT INSTANT) according to directions on bag.
Sir fry steak, ginger and garlic in wok until just browned. Add vegetables and toss until vegetables are crisp tender. Mix together soy sauce, vegetable broth, honey, and thai chili sauce. Pour over meat and vegetables and toss until sauce thickens. Serve over brown rice.
