Red Bell Beef Patties with Mushroom Cream Sauce

Beef Patties1 lb. lean ground beef1 small onion, finely chopped1/2 large sweet red pepper, finely chopped3 T bread crumbs1 T Worchester SauceMushroom Sauce2 c. fresh, sliced mushrooms1 T butter2 T Red Wine VinegarSalt and pepper to taste1 10.75 oz can Cream of Mushroom Soup1/2 can water
Beef Patties
Mix the beef, onion, sweet red pepper, bread crumbs, salt and pepper (if desired), and Worchester sauce in a bowl. Form into 5 patties. Cook on heated skillet or George Foreman grill with a light spray of cooking oil, if desired.
Mushroom Sauce
While the patties are cooking, heat the butter in a medium sized skillet. Add sliced mushrooms and allow to cook over medium high heat for 5 to 7 minutes. Add the red wine vinegar and continue to cook for an additional 3 to 5 minutes. Add the cream of mushroom soup and slowly stir in 1/2 can of water. Add salt and pepper to taste. Reduce heat to low.
Once the patties are cooked through, add them to the skillet with the mushroom sauce. Spoon sauce and mushrooms over patties.
Serve with sweet potatoe tator tots and fresh, steamed asparagus spears.
