Ingredients
chopped iceberg lettuce, brocolli florets, cauliflower florets, purple onion sliced, shredded cheddar cheese, crisp bacon broken into pieces. Use George Foreman to prepare bacon. Layer ingredients in large bowl and top with shredded cheddar cheese and bacon in the center with the salad dressing around the edges. Layer the purple onions on the salad dressing surrounding the cheese and bacon.
Directions
only the bacon needs to be cooked/prepared on George Foreman grill for less grease and fat.
