Applesauce Oatmeal muffins no oil, no white flour or sugar

2 cups of old fashioned rolled oats (not instant)2 cups of 1% milk2 cups of Whole wheat pastr flour or regular whole weat flour1/2 cup of agave1/2 tbsp of molasses1 cup of unsweetened applesauce4 egg whites2 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda2 tsp cinnamon1 tsp of salt
Soak the oats in milk for about an hour.
preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Spray muffin pan with cooking spray
Combine te oat mixture with the applesauce, agave, molasses and egg whites.
In a separete bowl measure and whisk the dry ingredients together.
Add wet ingedients to dry ingedients and mix until just combined.
Do not over mix the batter or the muffins will be tough. Spoon muffin mixture into muffin pan.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until done.
These can be frozen and reheated in the microwave for a quick breakfast or treat.
