Green Tea Crusted Salmon

Ingredients
2 8 oz salmon fillets2 Tbsp loose green tea1 tsp sesame seeds1/2 tsp garlic powder1/2 tsp dried oniondash black pepper2 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Rinse salmon & dry with paper towel. On a plate, mix green tea, sesame seeds, garlic powder, onion, & pepper. Pour soy sauce onto seperate plate. Dip salmon first in the soy, and then coat with green tea rub; spice should stick to salmon. Bake on pan coated with non-stick spray for 12 minutes. Serves 2
