White bean veggie dip and sandwich spread

Ingredients
1 can (8oz) Great Northern Beans, rinsed1/2 lemon2 cloves garlic1tsp chili powder2 tsp olive oilpepperonion salt
Directions
Place half the can of beans in a food processor with 2 cloves of garlic and all of the spices.

Blend until smooth

Add in rest of beans and oil. Adjust seasonings to personal taste.

Blend until just mixed so texture is a but clumpy.

For variations of this recipe its nice to add red pepper flakes or Italian seasonings. Fresh oregano is especially good.
