Easy Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
Use any/all vegetables you have around the house for this soup. I used a combo of vegetable and chicken broth. I seasoned the soup with bay leaves, marjoram, basil, oregano, cayenne and thyme to taste (1 tsp to 1 TBS of each-be creative, use what you like) I only seasoned with salt/pepper before serving.

I cooked the broth, seasonings, onions, celery canned tomatoes and carrots in a crock pot for 6 hours on high, then added the rest of the veggies for 3 additional hours on low so they don't get too soggy. You could also just cook this all in a pot on the stove. Don't the chard, peppers, zucchini or cabbage until about 10-15 before serving as they will get soggy.
