Low Carb Beanless Chili

2 lbs ground beef1 cup chopped onion3 garlic cloves minced1 cup V8 juice.5 cup sugar free tomato sauce1 can Rotel (diced tomatoes with green chilies)4 tbs ground cumin2 tbs ground oregano2 tsp cocoa powder1 tsp paprika
Brown the ground beef with onion. Drain off fat if desired. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 30 mins. OR, put all the ingredients in a slow cooker and cook for 3-4 hours on low.
