6 oz. frozen meatballs1 sub roll, cut in half - middle scooped out2 oz. part skim mozzarella1/2 c. marinara sauce
Makes 2 servings
Thaw meatballs and simmer with marinara sauce. Slice sub roll in half and scoop out center bread.
Place 1/2 of the meatballs/sauce in roll. Top each with 1 oz. of mozzarella cheese.
Broil 2-3 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
