summer vegetable soup

Ingredients
* Summer squash, 2 cup slices (remove) * Zucchini, 1 cup, sliced (remove) * Carrots, raw, 3 cup, chopped (remove) * Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, pieces or slices (remove) * Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove) * Garlic, 2 cloves (remove) * Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove) * *Imagine Organic Vegetable Broth, 8 cup (remove) * Tomato Paste, 0.5 cup (remove) * Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added, 3 cup (remove)
Directions
Sautéedonion and garlic for five minutes in oil. Mix all ingredients in crock pot. Cook on high for 4 hours.
