Dust-2 Tbsp. granulated sugarDust- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon1/4 c. + 2 Tbsp. margerine1 1/2 c. granulated sugar2 large eggs3 very ripe bananas, mashed1 c. ligh sour cream1 tsp. vanilla extract1 tsp. ground cinnamon1/4 tsp. salt1 1/2 tsp. baking soda2 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
One loaf - 16 servings
Preheat oven to 325. Grease loaf pan.
In small bowl mix together dust ingredients ( 2 Tbsp. sugar and 1/2 tsp. cinnamon).
Dust greased loaf pan with dust ingredients.
In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar. Mix in eggs, mashed bananas, sour cream, vanilla and cinnamon. Mix in salt, baking soda and flour.
Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
