Italian Chicken & Cannellini Soup

4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves1 1-lb. bag frozen spinach2 15-oz. cans cannellini beans, drained1 15-oz. can reduced-fat, reduced-sodium chicken broth1 T. minced garlic1 T. minced onion1/2 t. ground black pepper1 T. Italian seasoning
Place chicken in bottom of slow cooker. Cover with remaining ingredients. Cook on high for 4-5 hours or on low for 8-9 hours. When chicken is fully cooked, remove and cut into bite-size pieces; return to slow cooker and stir. Serves 6.
