Parmesan Crisps

Ingredients
1/2 oz. parmesan cheese grated finepepper, paprika, or cayenne pepper
Directions
Place 1 TBS of parmesan cheese on parchment paper and smooth into rounds. Season with pepper, paprika, or cayenne pepper to taste. Cook at 300 degrees for 6 minutes. Let cool completely before removing. Serve with soups or salads.
