Fresh, Delicious Salsa!!

7 Med size cans Hunts Diced Tomatoes 5 Garlic Cloves2 or 3 Anaheim Peppers1 can Green Chilies1/2 White Onion4 Green Onions1 Bunch Cilantro1 Fresh lemonGarlic SaltSaltPepper
Into a blender, pour 2 cans diced tomatoes, 5 garlic cloves that have been put through garlic press, & 2 or 3 roasted Anaheim peppers (if you can't find these, it's ok to do without). Add garlic salt (enough to cover the top of what's in the blender). blen completely until there are no chunks. Set aside.
Into a large bowl, combine 1/2 chopped white onion, 4 chopped green onions & 4 diced jalapeno peppers (with seeds removed). one can at a time, take tomatoes out of can & squish them up with fingers. put squished tomatoes, and juice form tomatoes & onion/jalapeno mixture. Stir together. add Blended mixture. Stir again & add salt and pepper to taste. When you have seasoned it enough, add 1 whole bunch of finely chopped cilantro (don't use the stems). Finally, add the juice of one lemon. Viola!
