Bacon and Cheese Quiche

appx 10 slices of bacon crumbled5 eggs1/2 cup 2% milk1/2 cup cream cheese3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese1 frozen pie crust1/2 tsp nutmegsalt and pepper to taste
cook bacon and pat away excess grease
par bake pie crust in pie pan at 450 for 10 minutes (poke holes in bottom of crust with a fork prior to baking so the crust stays close to plan)
after pie crust is par baked, layer bacon and cheddar cheese on the bottom of the crust.
place eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and nutmeg in a bowl and wisk - cut cream cheese into small pieces and add to egg mixture -- pour into pie crust
cover with tin foil so the crust edges don't burn
bake a 350 for 30 minutes
