4 egg whites 2 whole eggs2cups chopped mushrooms1 cup chopped onions1 cup chopped peppers1/4 cup cheddar cheese 14 reduced fat grands biscuits
(makes 54 mini quiches)
preheat oven to 350 degrees
saute mushrooms, peppers, and onions.
bake nine slices of turkey bacon until crispy,
chop bacon and mix all ingredients in with the eggs,
break grands into small sections and line a mini muffin tin with a thin layer of biscuit. fill half way with the filling, then bake for 17 mins or until cooked.
