Cornbread w/ Kernal Corn

Ingredients
1/2 cup cornmeal1/2 cup all-purpose flour3 tsp sugar2 tsp baking soda2 dashes salt1 egg1/2 cup milk1 tbsp canola oil1/2 cup frozen corn kernals, thawed
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Combine all dry ingredients, beat in egg, oil, milk, and corn. Spread batter in sprayed 6 inch iron skillet.
Makes 6 wedges.
