Honey glazed Chicken

Honey(enough to lightly coat chicken)1 can of Swanson Chicken Broth 16 oz. boneless, skinless chicken breast (cut into strips)SaltBlack Pepper1-2 tbsp. of flour (can substitute cornstarch)2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Salt and pepper chicken
Brown chicken in olive oil
Place chicken in oven safe dish( I use french white by Corning Ware)
Drizzle honey over chicken
Place chicken broth in pan chicken was browned in and bring to boil
Dissolve flour in small amount of cold water
Wisk flour into broth until thickened
Pour broth over chicken
Cook in oven 30 minutes
