Tilapia and Shrimp Stew

Ingredients
~4oz - tilapia, cut into cubes10 - large shrimp, cooked & chopped4oz - baby carrots, chopped2 - stalks of celery, chopped1 - small onion, sliced1 - small potato, diced finely1tsp - granulated chicken broth2tbsp - instant mashed potatoes3cups - water
Directions
1 - Dump potatoes in first, add granulated broth, vegetables, and place tilapia on top. Cover all with water. Set slow cooker to high.

2 - About 2.5 hours in check for taste. Add salt and pepper if desired. Also, add cooked shrimp and instant mashed potatoes. Stir. Set to low.

3 - Check. Stir. Taste. Enjoy!
