3 cups frozen corn, thawed3 T light sour cream4 T light mayo1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese1.5 T chili powder (or to taste)
Spray baking sheet with oil spray. Spread thawed corn on baking sheet and roast in 450 oven for 10 min. Combine corn and rest of ingredients in a pan and warm. Serve - YUM!
