Ingredients
1/4 cup fresh chopped parsley1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves1 teaspoon fennel seed1/2 teaspoon garlic salt1/2 teaspoon pepper4 boneless pork loin chops, trimmed of fat
Directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees. In small bowl combine parsley, oregano, fennel, garlic salt and pepper, mix well. Coat pork chops with parsley mixture, place in ungreased baking dish.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until pork chops are no longer pink in center
