Slow Cooker Vegetable Beef Soup

Ingredients
1-12 oz pkg Flav-R-Pac Santa Fe Medley Steam of the Crop frozen veggies1-12 oz can of Roast Beef (I use Fresh ans Easy brand)1-284 gram pkg of edamame (soybeans) (I use foodology brand, cooked ready to eat)1 Tbsp Bragg's Liquid Aminos2 Tbsps Low sodium Beef broth powder (makes 1 cup of broth)1 cup of water (or enough to barely cover the ingredients)
Directions
Place all ingredients in a small crock pot and cook on low for 3-4 hours. (Can be turned on high and cooked a shorter amount of time.)
Makes approx. 5-1 cup servings.
