Healthier Apple Crumb Pie

Pie Crust:3/4 cup whole wheat flour3 Tbsp land o lakes light butter with canola oil2 Tbsp powdered sugarFilling:2 1/2 Tbsp. minute tapioca3/4 cup splenda1/4 tsp salt4 cups sliced applesCrumb topping:1/3 cup brown sugar1/4 cup whole wheat flour1/2 tsp ground cinnamon1 1/2 tsp land o lakes light butter with canola oil
1. Spray 9 inch pie pan with cooking spray. Mix the crust ingredients with a fork and press into pie pan.
2. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
3. Mix tapioca, splenda, salt and apples in bowl. Let sit 5 minutes then place in pie shell.
4. Prepare crumb topping by mixing together brown sugar, flour, cinnamon and butter. Spread over apples.
5. Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 25-30 minutes longer.
