Spinach-Ricotta Bake

Ingredients
2 Pkg Frozed Spinach1 15oz container FF ricotta chees3 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese2 lrg egg whites1/4 tsp garlic powderpinch of grnd nutmeg1 1/2 C low sodium marinara sauce
Directions
Preheat oven 450. Lightly mist 8x8 baking dish w olive oil spray. Squeeze all water from spinch. Add to mixing bowl. Then add ricotta, Parmesan, egg whites, garlic powder and nutmeg. Stir to mix. Transfer to baking dish and spread out with spoon. Bake 20 min or until starting to brown. Cover with marinara sauce.
