Mexican Bake

Ingredients
6 eggs1 can black beans1 can diced tomatoes1 can mexicorn1 small can diced green chiles.5 c light sour cream1 lb lowfat cottage cheese1/2 c cooked brown rice1/2 c cooked white riceSpice to taste: I use cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and seasoned salt.
Directions
Mix everything together in a large bowl, and bake in a casserole dish for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
