10 Cups Quick Oats1.33 cups Canola Oil1.33 cups brown sugar1 cup coconut.75 cups slivered almonds1 cup applesauce1.5 Tbs Vanilla extract2 tsp Salt
Mix all of the ingredients and bake in the oven at 325 for 40-50 minutes depending on how crunchy you want it. Carefully stir the granola every 10 minutes it is cooking.
Makes around 35 1/2 cup servings.
