Meaghans Smoked sausage and chicken chilli

Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 1 breast, bone and skin removed*Sausage,Smoked (Eating Right), 300 gram(s) *whole onion, raw (1 onion), 1 serving Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped Garlic, 5 tsp Garlic powder, 2 tbsp *chilli powder, 5 tsp Yellow Mustard, 5 tsp or 1 packet Brown Sugar, 3 tsp packed Honey, 1 tbsp *Cumin seed, 1 tbsp Salt, 3 tbsp *Classico, Pasta Sauce Garden Vegetable Primavera, 2 cup *Tomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano, 0.5 serving Beans, red kidney, 1 cup Beans, navy, 1 cup Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz)
Directions
sautee onions, garlic and carrots together, add chopped up chicken and sausage, fry together, then add tomatos and beans, then tomato sauce,( I used classico cause it was all i had... u can use any tomato sauce.) then add your seasonings when done, drizzle honey and brown sugar and mustard to taste ( this is just something my family does to give it that sweet savory flavor) then simmer for an hour... i liek to put a little low fat greek yogurt and sprinkle some cheddar on top for flavor :-) enjpy
